LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products, and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, with expertise in conceptualising within the 3D space and proficiency in using designs softwares such as Autodesk, Adobe and Keyshot. You should be capable of translating conceptual ideas into detailed design plans and possess a deep understanding of materials, tolerances, and fabrication techniques.

You will be working closely with our Marketing team in London and will be a key player in bridging the gap between our Dubai and UK offices. You will be encouraged to collaborate across all departments with the support and mentorship from our senior designers. Role Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and innovative mechanical designs for new products, components, and systems
• Utilise CAD software to develop 3D models, assemblies, 2D drawings and renders
• Creating comprehensive technical drawings, instruction schematics, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes, emphasising product engineering standards
• Collaborate closely with our London-based Marketing team and provide support for technical demands within the Dubai team
• Actively participating in the ideation and design process, leveraging product engineering expertise to contribute innovative solutions
• Engaging with cross-functional teams including technical, products and sales to ensure designs align with specifications and market requirements
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging product engineering skills to meet deadlines and project milestones effectively

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical-related field (i.e. engineering, product design, 3d design etc)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - other languages is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in parametric modelling such as Autodesk Inventor & Fusion 360 and also in Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role, with a robust understanding of product development methodologies, particularly through product demonstration, application and marketing
• Comprehensive experience across the entire design process, from conceptualisation to the end solution, emphasising advanced drafting skills and optimising multiple parts & assemblies
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, coupled with a proactive approach to task ownership and project management
• Confidence in prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and schedules efficiently, reflecting a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and present them in a simple and aesthetic way
• Possess a creative outlook with an exceptional eye for detail
• Passionate about marketing, engineering and innovation within the industry
