The Technical Marketing Coordinator will serve as the central point of coordination between the marketing and sales teams, managing and tracking leads to ensure a seamless flow and timely follow-up. This role is focused on driving lead generation campaigns, optimizing lead quality, and facilitating lead management processes using tools such as Meta, LeadSquared, and HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Coordination and Management:
Coordinate between marketing and sales teams to manage lead flow, ensuring leads are effectively captured, qualified, and routed for follow-up.
• Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) aimed at lead generation, and analyze performance to optimize for maximum effectiveness.
• CRM and Lead Platform Management:
Utilize LeadSquared and HubSpot to monitor and track lead progress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, tracking the journey from marketing through to sales.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
Generate and present regular reports on lead performance, lead source effectiveness, and campaign ROI. Provide insights to both teams to support strategy adjustments.
• Alignment of Sales and Marketing Efforts:
Facilitate communication between marketing and sales to ensure alignment on lead quality, target audiences, and conversion goals. Regularly update teams on lead status and campaign effectiveness.
• Process Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements in lead management processes to enhance efficiency and lead quality. Ensure integration and functionality of CRM tools for seamless lead tracking.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in a marketing coordination role, preferably with lead management or CRM experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Meta for Business (Facebook and Instagram Ads), LeadSquared , and HubSpot .
• Strong understanding of lead generation, tracking, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively between cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills with experience in data analysis and campaign reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
