Job Description
At least 12 years previous working experience as a technical manager \xe2\x80\xa2 BS degree in Civil or mechanical Engineering or Architecture or similar relevant field \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in working on fast track diversified projects Experienced working with planning and Fitout of residential or Villa projects Expert of technical drawings Experience with the latest software Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational and time management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive problem solver \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure Should Coordinate with the Site and project manager , manage the draughtsman , dispatch the work for 3,4 sites etc Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
