Abu El Naga Contracting Company is seeking a highly experienced Structural Engineer / Technical Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in building construction to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction projects.
Strong expertise in structural analysis, design, and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, etc.).
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Dubai's building codes and construction regulations.
Currently based in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage structural engineering designs and technical aspects of projects.
Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and material specifications.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site engineers for design implementation.
Provide technical support to the construction team and resolve on-site issues.
Conduct structural assessments and propose value engineering solutions.
