Job Description

Looking for technical manager with 10+ years experience in working with system integrators and ERP companies. Having experience and knowledge on working with ERP system like SAP, ORACLE, MICROSOFT D365. Having experience in preparing documentation, PPT, Work process flow, SOP etc.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and objectives.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.

Develop functional specifications and design documents based on the gathered requirements.

Create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise during the implementation phase.

Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators on the new system and its integration with the ERP.

Maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, design documents, test plans, and user manuals.

Document all configurations, customizations, and integration processes for future reference and support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
