The Technical Manager will oversee and manage design and integration projects, architect solutions, and develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the organization's mission and goals. This role will integrate technology operations and data management to drive revenue and impact efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities

Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with organizational goals, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance effectiveness and support strategic objectives and client outcomes. Supervise design development and integration activities to achieve fully integrated technology solutions. Provide technical oversight and assistance to facility Program Conduct Site Surveys and Technical Field Analysis to inform business development, design, and project activities. Manage outsourced technology service providers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure management and maintenance. Develop and implement data management strategies, including collection, analysis, and reporting, to inform decision-making and measure impact across programs. Train and assist users in maximizing the use of business systems and technologies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance organizational effectiveness, support strategic objectives, and expand business offerings. Lead technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational and stakeholder priorities, scope, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand technology needs and priorities, providing guidance and support to leverage technology effectively. Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and terms. Perform other duties and projects as assigned to support organizational initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating successful technology strategy development and execution. Active Secret clearance is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure management, data management, and emerging technologies. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
