Job description:

We are a leading engineering company based in Dubai, focusing on the development and management of high-rise building projects. We are now looking for a high-rise building technical manager to lead and support the project technical team, ensuring that the project is completed on time and to the required quality, in line with industry standards and customer needs.

Main responsibilities:

• Project management : responsible for the technical management and implementation of high-rise building projects, including design review, construction plan formulation and progress control.
• Technical support : provide technical guidance to the project team and solve technical problems in design and construction.
• Team leader : Manage the technical team, improve the team's professional skills, and ensure the efficient operation of each project.
• Quality control : Supervise the construction quality to ensure that the project meets the quality standards and company requirements.
• Communication and coordination : Maintain good communication with customers, design teams and construction units, and coordinate the needs of all parties.
• Budget management : Cooperate with project budget preparation and cost control to ensure that the project is implemented within the budget.

Job requirements:

• Educational background : Bachelor's degree or above in civil engineering, architectural engineering or related fields, master's degree is preferred.
• Work experience : At least 8 years of relevant work experience in construction engineering, with project management experience in high-rise buildings.
• Technical skills : Familiar with high-rise building construction technology and industry standards, with strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills : Good communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently coordinate cooperation between teams.
• Language skills : Fluent in English communication skills, Arabic or other languages are pluses.
