Job Description

We need a technical manger to lead our technical team for the engineering design of operating systems (MEP) for a variety of pools: swimming pools, balcony pools, cold plunge pools, jacuzzies and specialist spa pools including sanitation systems, heating and cooling etc.

Familiarity with all relevant technical standards and operator requirements is essential. An attitude for continuous advancement in terms of self-knowledge and consideration of new and innovative technical approaches is important.

Functionality is paramount but to include sustainability considerations in the design approach.

Hands-on knowledge of CAD design and BIM modelling and complete familiarity with schematic layouts is essential.

Technically effective design is key but with a considered approach to Cost effective solutions and appropriate Value Engineering.

Ability to communicate clearly and robustly with members of clients design teams and co-consultants is essential. Both excellent verbal and written skills in English.
