We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Manager to join our team on a freelance basis, with the potential for a full-time position.

As a Technical Manager for Events and Exhibitions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our projects. You will oversee technical operations, manage teams, and collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all technical aspects of events and exhibitions.
• Supervise the installation, operation, and dismantling of technical equipment.
• Collaborate with designers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all technical requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during events to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and lead technical teams to ensure high-quality execution of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role in events and exhibitions.
• Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment, lighting, rigging, and event technologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
