• For high rise building technical manager
• 1. Be fully responsible for the technical and quality management work of the project management department, including technical and quality-related work with various departments of the project management department, relevant departments at all levels of society and relevant organizations. 2. Comply with national, industry, local and enterprise technical policies, standards, norms, systems, etc. 3. Establish and improve the technical quality management system and rules and regulations of the project department, and clarify the job responsibility system for project technical quality personnel. 4. Organize the preparation and demonstration of the construction organization design, construction plan, and technical briefing of this project and implement management. 5. Responsible for the preparation of measurement, experiments, metrology, engineering data and technical standards, and technical training for this project. 6. Organize the quality inspection and assessment of construction samples, sub-items and sub-projects, and participate in the completion acceptance of unit projects. 7. Responsible for the determination of project quality objectives and monitoring of the implementation process. 8. Lead the technical department of the project department to promote and apply new processes, new materials, and new technologies.

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
