This role will work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to identify and streamline processes to increase overall operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will be responsible for researching globally acknowledged best practices across all functions of the business, gap analysis exercises, creating roadmaps and transitional plans and leading the business from current to future state.Financial
Continuous improvements on process or hard savings by implementing lean six sigma practices
Reduce costs associated with operations, specifically labor and materials
Customer
Enhance customer satisfaction by improving operational processes.
Establish and monitor data driven, digitally focused KPIs to track progress and measure success.
Continually review and improve operational processes to ensure they stay relevant and effective against global standards and best practice
Process
Develop, implement and improve business processes in all areas, including but not limited to operations, finance and customer service
Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with senior leadership and other cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement improvements in processes
Manage the mobilization of new contracts, including standardizing processes and ensuring efficiency
Create content for, and conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure that all employees understand and adhere to new or revised policies and procedures
Lead and manage the mobilisation of new contracts and ensure standardization of the process
Lead projects related to ISO certifications

Monitor business processes and enhance and implement improvement initiatives as needed
Initiate and manage robust control mechanisms and error proofing strategies across all existing and proposed processes
SkillsSelection Criteria
Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management or Equivalent
Technical Knowledge of FM standards and processes
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Minimum experience of 5-10 years in similar role
Strong soft skills such as MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and report writing skills
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong Communication skills and work ethic
Competent English speaking and writing level
Teamwork, problem solving, good vision, self-discipline, flexible and adaptability skills
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
