• For villa and high rise building technical manager?
• 1. Be fully responsible for the technical and quality management work of the project management department, including technical and quality-related work with various departments of the project management department, relevant departments at all levels of society and relevant organizations.
• 2. Comply with national, industry, local and enterprise technical policies, standards, norms, systems, etc.
• 3. Establish and improve the technical quality management system and rules and regulations of the project department, and clarify the job responsibility system for project technical quality personnel.
• 4. Organize the preparation and demonstration of the construction organization design, construction plan, and technical briefing of this project and implement management.
• 5. Responsible for the preparation of measurement, experiments, metrology, engineering data and technical standards, and technical training for this project.
• 6. Organize the quality inspection and assessment of construction samples, sub-items and sub-projects, and participate in the completion acceptance of unit projects.
• 7. Responsible for the determination of project quality objectives and monitoring of the implementation process.
• 8. Lead the technical department of the project department to promote and apply new processes, new materials, and new technologies.
