Designation: Technical Manager(Architectural)

Job description:

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of our architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will leverage your architectural expertise and construction knowledge to bridge the gap between design and execution, providing valuable leadership and guidance to the technical team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical team, including architects, draftspersons, and technical specialists.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with design intent, building codes, and project specifications.
• Participate in project planning and scheduling, identifying potential technical challenges and proactively developing solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination between design and construction phases.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and identify any deviations from the design.
• Manage and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest construction technologies and building materials.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Identify and manage technical risks associated with projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture or a related field.
• With a experience in High Rise building.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical role within the construction industry, with a focus on architecture.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Excellent proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Experience with construction contract administration and shop drawing review is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Experience:

• Technical Manager(Architectural): 10 years (Preferred)
