Technical Manager (civil)
Job Description
Coordinate and Liaise with Client/Engineer/Project team regarding design and documentation so that Site progress is unaffected.
Receive technical requirements from the site teams and evaluate that all the relevant information is available for the development of the appropriate engineering solution and deliverables.
Review and action all construction contract correspondences with key concerned stakeholders.
Issue instructions to sub-contractors for their action to comply with the construction contract time and quality requirements.
Action the instructions to modify the works in consultation with the Head Office if involving a change to the design.
Review and process Sub Contractor Submissions and variation orders.
Monitor and review the final Close-Out Procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
