Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee technical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with design intent, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including interpretation of drawings and specifications, resolving design conflicts, and implementing technical solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to technical standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and other technical documents.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Manage and resolve technical queries and issues promptly to support project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate technical specifications and requirements for materials and equipment procurement.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
