Job Title: Technical Manager - Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities

The Technical Manager - Engineering will lead the engineering team for high-rise building projects, ensuring technical execution aligns with architectural designs. This role requires a civil engineering background with a solid understanding of architectural design, strong leadership, and cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team in the planning, design, and execution of high-rise building projects.
• Integrate architectural designs with engineering requirements to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and approve engineering designs, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet technical requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Mentor engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on technical matters.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering ,
• Architectural design background .
• 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years as a Technical Manager on high-rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and experience integrating them with engineering solutions.
• Experience with ALDAR projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills .
