Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•Lead, mentor and manage a team of joinery and interior design professionals

• Collaborate with procurement teams to select appropriate materials and finishes

• Evaluate and propose cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.

• Responsible for reviewing the team member's drawings and handover to the Projects Director for final review/ stamping and making the corrections before submitting it to client/ contractors.
• Responsible for overseeing the placement of final drawings in the server for client delivery in standard format ensuring high quality input.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and training to team members.

• Generate progress reports and updates for stakeholders

• Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements

•Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• 10 Years Proven experience in joinery and interior design

• Strong technical background. - Project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling. - Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.

• Knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and regulations.

• Experience in multiple disciplines such as joinery, metalworks, facade and relevant Fit-out works would be an advantage

• Experience in high-end luxury Fit-Out works would be preferred

• Excellent communication and management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Language: : English, Arabic is a major plus
