Job Summary:The Technical Lead - Temenos will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of Temenos banking software implementations and integrations. Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Temenos T24 projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

System Architecture and Design:
Develop and maintain the system architecture for Temenos solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Design and implement integration solutions between Temenos T24 and other banking systems or third-party applications.
Ensure that the architecture aligns with the organization\'s overall IT strategy and goals.
Development and Customization:
Oversee the customization and enhancement of Temenos T24 modules to meet specific business requirements.
Write and review code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Perform code optimization and troubleshooting to improve system performance and resolve technical issues.
Project Management:
Work closely with project managers to plan and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Manage the technical aspects of project delivery, including resource allocation, task assignments, and progress tracking.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the technical aspects of projects.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Oversee the testing process to ensure the reliability and stability of the Temenos solutions.
Coordinate with QA teams to define test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
Ensure that all customizations and integrations are thoroughly tested and meet the required quality standards.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide technical support for Temenos T24, resolving complex issues that arise in production environments.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches to ensure optimal operation.
Maintain documentation for system architecture, design, and procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest developments in Temenos and banking technology.
Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
Participate in technical forums and contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture within the organization.
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience with Temenos T24, including design, development, and implementation.
Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in Temenos T24 architecture, frameworks, and modules.
Proficiency in Java, Oracle, and PL/SQL, as well as experience with APIs and web services.
Knowledge of Temenos implementation methodologies and best practices.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in Temenos, project management, or related technologies are highly desirable.
