Technical Lead
Job Description
The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of our furniture manufacturing and fit-out projects. This position requires a combination of engineering expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of furniture design and production processes. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers and designers, ensuring that all technical specifications are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the furniture manufacturing or fitout industry, with a focus on technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and furniture design principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in project management and team leadership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
