DescriptionThe Technical Lead will be responsible to spearhead the development and optimization of our ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership abilities to drive innovation, improve IT processes, and oversee a high-performing team. This role demands a deep understanding of API integration, deployment strategies, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutionsYour Responsibilities:Technical Leadership
- Define and execute the technical vision for the ecommerce platform.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee all technical aspects of the ecommerce platform, including architecture, design, and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Differentiate and correlate technical requirements between operations, customer service, and logistics teams
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Integration between new solutions, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and third party solutions
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient ecommerce solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and implement best practices.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Define API requirements and standards.
- Oversee API integration and management.
- Develop and implement deployment strategies and processes.
- Ensure smooth and efficient deployment of ecommerce applications.
- Hire, train, and develop technical team members.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
