Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Interior Designer specializing in AutoCAD detailing and BIM modelling to join our design studio. This role focuses on developing precise technical drawings, refining design concepts into detailed plans, and supporting project coordination within the studio. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, 3D visualizers, and project managers to ensure high-quality design documentation and seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Drawings & Design Documentation

Create and refine detailed interior drawings in AutoCAD, including space planning, elevations, furniture layouts, and custom millwork. Develop and maintain interior design drawing sets, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency with design intent. Support the team in translating concept designs into technical documents for presentations and client approvals.
BIM Modelling & Studio Collaboration

Build and manage BIM models in Revit, integrating design elements to enhance project visualization and coordination. Ensure BIM models align with the studio's standards for design development and visualization. Collaborate with 3D visualization teams to ensure accurate representation of materials, finishes, and spatial layouts.
Project Coordination & Support

Assist designers in preparing detailed material and furniture specifications. Work with the team to refine presentation boards, mood boards, and material selections.
