Job Description

We're hiring an experienced Technical head to lead our Chiller Services Division. You'll manage daily field operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage operations, scheduling, and site teams (supervisors, technicians) Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance, breakdowns & overhauls Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance Optimize workflows to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Coordinate with procurement to maintain stock availability Build strong client relationships and support contract renewals Track KPIs and report operational performance Support sales team with technical input and site assessments Train and evaluate staff, manage budgets & cost control

Requirements:

7-10 years' experience in HVAC/chiller/cooling tower maintenance Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and field service operations GCC experience preferred Strong leadership, communication & client-facing skills

Other Info:

Office-based with regular site visits On-call for emergencies May require extended hours during critical operation Must have a minimum of 3-7 years of gulf experience as a Chillers HVAC Technician. Service, Maintain, operate and troubleshoot all types of reciprocating and screw chillers. You will be responsible to troubleshoot and correctly diagnose electrical, control, and mechanical failures and fix them - if needed Knowledge of replacing of coolers, Condensers, and compressors and Overhauling of Compressors. Experience with centrifugal chillers is an advantage. Leading the team and ensuring project/maintenance teams are effectively complying with Quality Management Systems and Health, Safety and Environment Systems. Engineering or ITI or Equivalent technical qualification required.
