Job Title: Technical Functional HRMS Consultant

As a Technical Functional HRMS Consultant at GulfHR, you will be responsible for providing expert support and training for our HRMS solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting:
• Provide recommendations on HRMS processes and best practices.
• Configure and manage clients' HRMS instances on GulfHR; assist and train clients to do it independently.
• Client Support:
• Resolve client queries or bugs and provide effective diagnosis of issues.
• Maintain day-to-day client relationships.
• Product Adoption:
• Drive product adoption, increase retention, and achieve process success for customers.
• Gather feedback on product experience and share best practices with clients.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in qualifying prospects and provide product knowledge.
• Present solutions to small and large audiences, including executive decision-makers.
• Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements.
• Project Management and Integration:
• Provide project management oversight for projects done by external service partners.
• Assist in configuring and testing integrations between our applications and third-party applications.
• Document and track customer product enhancement requests and bugs.
• System Configuration:
• Design blueprint documents for different business processes in HRMS.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English. Being an Arabic Speaker will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HRMS role especially in payroll.
• Strong technical and functional understanding of HRMS solutions.
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to train and support clients effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret feedback.
• Experience in identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
