Job Title: Technical Engineer (Mechanical)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in high-rise buildings or infrastructure projects.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineer (Mechanical) to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and will be responsible for reviewing designs, ensuring compliance with specifications, and providing technical support throughout project phases. This role requires expertise in mechanical engineering principles and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Review mechanical designs, specifications, and installation plans to ensure alignment with project requirements and compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site and project teams on mechanical engineering aspects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective solutions.
• Coordinate with architects, electrical and civil engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and streamline project execution.
• Inspect mechanical systems and equipment, conducting quality checks to ensure materials, installations, and components meet project specifications.
• Prepare, review, and approve mechanical shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals in accordance with project and regulatory standards.
• Participate in the selection of materials, components, and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure mechanical installations meet safety and technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of mechanical engineering documents, including reports, inspection records, and technical submittals.
• Attend client and project meetings, providing updates on mechanical aspects and technical challenges.
• Stay updated on industry advancements in mechanical engineering and apply best practices to project tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering for high-rise
