Coordinate all design development and approval processes.
Follow up on the time schedule agreed upon for the design development and shop drawings with Subcontractors.
Prepare and implement a drawing management system.
Review contract documents and advise the Project Manager on technical matters affecting construction and time costs.
Prepare and follow up on technical queries with the Client/Consultants.
Assist in preparing Method Statements and Procedures related to the construction of architecture and give technical features for the aspects of work.
Coordinate the approval of drawings and be responsible for the distribution of drawings released for implementation to concerned site personnel.
Ensure in coordination with Site Engineers that execution of works is to the required quality and safety and resolves all technical problems for all trades.
Assist the Project Manager in the management of Subcontractor works and point out any technical deviation.
Assist in Quantity Take-Off for tenders.
Take responsibility for the full project package.
Finalize all sample works from matching to approval with the Product innovation & training department.
Ensure to release the drawings on time and accurately.
Encode the follow-up and meetings with the clients to close any problem and ensure the smooth track of the project timeline.
Creating a drawing logging system for assurance.
Ensure the finalize all the drawings to the full details.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Dipl., BSc. /BA in Architectural Engineering only
Ideally proven experience > 2-3+ years in diverse draughtsman / interior designing and technical engineering coordination activities.
UAE experience is a must
Effective communicator in writing, business presentations, and in interpersonal communication
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and procurement/purchasing management software.
Independent problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
