Brief :

Review Project Specifications & Documentation, Analyse the Project Specifications, Drawings, Bill of Quantity, and other Contract documentation to identify engineering requirements for the project. Provide clear instructions, sketches, details, and relevant information to draftsmen for the timely preparation of shop drawings, ensuring high-quality standards. Review Trial Trench N.O.C. and Construction N.O.C. to process them with the respective authorities on online portals. Attend the required meetings related to these processes. In-depth knowledge of using and working on online portals such as RTA, DEWA, and DM for processing NOC's and Completion Certificates. Collaborate with consultants and clients, attending weekly meetings to provide status updates on the project.

Mandatory Skills

- Numerical accuracy & analytic skills, Strong communication, planning and organizing skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD ,MS Outlook and MS office
- Construction process, project technical submissions.

Qualifications

8-10 Years UAE Experience

Bachelors Degree In Civil Engineer*
