We are seeking a meticulous and organized Technical Engineer to join our team. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for preparing and managing all technical documentation required for project initiation and execution. This includes creating pre-qualification documents, compiling technical data sheets, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Preparation and Management:
Develop and organize pre-qualification documents to meet client requirements.
Compile and review technical data sheets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and other technical documents for project approval.
Ensure all submitted documentation meets the standards and guidelines set by clients and regulatory bodies.
2. Coordination and Compliance:
Collaborate with the design, procurement, and execution teams to gather required technical information.
Ensure that all technical documentation aligns with project requirements and is submitted on time.
Stay updated on industry regulations, codes, and standards to ensure documentation compliance.
3. Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all documentation-related inquiries during the pre-construction phase.
Address client comments and ensure revisions are made promptly and accurately.
Facilitate smooth communication between the client, consultants, and internal teams regarding technical submissions.
4. Quality Assurance:
Verify that all documentation is free of errors and inconsistencies before submission.
Maintain a standardized format and ensure consistency across all project-related documents.
5. Project Support:
Assist in preparing material submittals and coordinating approvals with consultants and stakeholders.
Support the procurement team by providing technical input on materials and equipment specifications.
Provide technical assistance to ensure a seamless transition from planning to project execution.
6. Documentation Tracking and Archiving:
Maintain a database of all technical documents for easy access and reference.
Track document submission statuses and follow up on pending approvals.
Archive project documents systematically for future reference and audits.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, or related field preferred).
2. Experience in preparing technical documents for construction or engineering projects.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
4. Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
5. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
