Job Description

Job role:

1. Design and Planning : You'll be involved in the design and planning phases of construction projects. This involves creating blueprints, schematics, and layouts for structures such as buildings, bridges, roads, and dams.

2. Structural Analysis : Conducting structural analysis to ensure that the proposed design can withstand the anticipated loads and environmental conditions. This involves using software tools and mathematical principles to analyze the stability and strength of structures.

3. Material Selection : Choosing appropriate materials for construction based on factors such as durability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact. This may involve evaluating various materials such as concrete, steel, wood, and composites.

4. Project Management : Overseeing the execution of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

5. Quality Control : Monitoring construction activities to ensure that they comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. This may involve conducting inspections and testing materials to verify their quality and performance.

6. Safety Compliance : Ensuring that construction sites adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. This involves implementing safety measures and conducting regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

7. Environmental Considerations : Incorporating environmental considerations into the design and construction process. This may include minimizing environmental impact, promoting sustainability, and complying with regulations related to environmental protection.

8. Problem Solving : Addressing any technical challenges or issues that arise during the construction process. This requires a combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and technical expertise to develop effective solutions.

9. Documentation and Reporting : Maintaining accurate records of project activities, including design changes, construction progress, and budget expenditures. This information is typically used for reporting purposes and may be required for regulatory compliance.

10. Continuous Learning : Staying updated on advancements in civil engineering technology, techniques, and regulations. This may involve attending professional development courses, participating in industry conferences, and networking with other professionals in the field.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering .

2. ?Min 10 years of experience with background on high rise projects in UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• High Rise Buildings: 8 years (Preferred)
