Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer (civil / architect) to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions. The role involves coordination, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time while ensuring compliance with contract, quality and authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Coordination : Review and align drawings, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Technical Support : Provide solutions to site challenges and ensure correct implementation of designs.
• Material Management : Select materials, prepare technical submittals, and coordinate approvals.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure work meets quality standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Planning Support : Assist in project timelines, resource allocation, and construction sequencing.
• Documentation : Prepare technical reports, manage RFIs, and update as-built drawings.
• Value Engineering : Propose cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.
• Liaison : Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, architect, structural ) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar technical engineering role.
• Proven expertise in architectural design, structural , and construction implantation .
• Strong proficiency in relevant tools, software (Revit, CAD) is a must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
