Our construction company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Civil Technical Engineer

to join our team. The Technical Engineer will play a critical role in supporting project execution through effective technical coordination, design review, and problem-solving. This position will work closely with project managers, site teams, and design consultants to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and seamless project progress.

Responsibilities:

Review and interpret project designs, specifications, and technical documents to ensure alignment with project requirements and codes. Provide technical guidance and solutions to project teams during planning and construction phases. Coordinate with design consultants, architects, and site engineers to address technical issues and ensure accurate execution of project plans. Perform quality checks on drawings, materials, and construction methods, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company specifications. Support the preparation and submission of technical documentation, including shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. Manage and oversee the review process for all project drawings and ensure timely communication of necessary changes or updates. Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, verify technical accuracy, and provide feedback on any required modifications. Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to discuss project progress and address any technical concerns. Stay updated on industry trends, construction techniques, and new engineering methodologies to improve project outcomes. Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation on technical issues, approvals, and other project-related matters.
