Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Draftsman/Designer to join our team, specializing in creating exceptional designs for events, exhibitions, and office fit-outs. This mid-level role is essential for delivering precise and innovative design solutions across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed design concepts for events, exhibitions, and office fit-outs.

- Prepare and refine technical drawings and graphics to meet project requirements and client needs.

- Create and maintain comprehensive design plans, including sketches, renderings, and technical documents.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their corporate identities and objectives, translating them into effective design solutions.

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure the seamless execution of design projects.

- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to deliver modern and functional designs.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

- Present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary adjustments.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors for smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- At least 3-5 years of experience in technical drafting and designing for events, exhibitions, and office fit-outs.

- A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of projects in these areas.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Team-oriented with a collaborative work style.

- Conversational Hindi skills are advantageous.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

Office Hours: 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. Working hours may vary based on business needs, including extended hours as required.

Salary: Dependent on experience.

Benefits: Visa, insurance, accommodation, and transport will be provided.
