Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain technical documentation for our products, including manuals, user guides, and technical specifications.
• Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and incorporate it into technical documentation.
• Ensure that all documentation complies with company standards and industry regulations.
• Conduct research and gather information from various sources to support the development of technical documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Technical Writing).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical documentation, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical background and understanding of fire fighting equipment and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.
• Attention to detail and ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with project management and meeting tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus.
