TECHNICAL DESIGNER UAEAn exciting opportunity has become available for a Technical Designer in UAE.We are currently seeking creative, visionary and technical experts that will play a pivotal role in developing well detailed drawing packages and 3D models that meet the specific needs of their projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in REVIT technical drawings, and a passion for creating detailed and efficient digital assets, and meet expected industry standards.Role in brief:
Collaborate with lead/interior designers to understand project requirements and develop fully coherent and detailed 3D models in Sketchup or 3DsMax.
Collaborate with lead/interior designers to understand project requirements and develop fully detailed drawing packages in CAD and/or Revit including plans, sections, millwork and joinery detailing, transition details, and door and window schedules
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of all works by conducting thorough QA/QC checks and revisions as needed.
Stay informed on industry standards and trends on various software updates, new features, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to promote continuous improvement.
Perform other duties assigned by the technical team leader and lead designers.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or any related field.
Experience in hospitality and F&B design is required.
Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, Sketchup, and 3DsMax
Must have experience using Revit
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with architectural design principles and construction documentation processes.
