Technical Design Manager
Job Description
The Role
• Provides direction and full support to Design Team to ensure high quality outcome. o Must review the detailed designs/drawings o Coordinate closely with the designers, architect and contractors to make sure that the design fit the project goals. o Ensure that designs meet industry standards and building codes. o Handle project timeline, budgets and resources. o Fix any design or technical issues that come up.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). o Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in technical design within the interior fit-out sector. o Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
