Job responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Reports to the Project leaders. \xc3\x98 Assist the Construction Manager in technical matters related to the Works of the Project. \xc3\x98 Conduct technical review of construction documents and advise Project Director on all technical-related issues. \xc3\x98 Respond to design changes and interact with commercial, planning and contract departments. \xc3\x98 Management of project site technical department comprising of technical engineers and CAD Drafters. \xc3\x98 Manage preparation and review the technical documents such as Shop drawings, RFI\xe2\x80\x99s, etc. for its submission following the submittal plans. \xc3\x98 Liaise and follow through with the consultant, client, authorities and third parties to clarify technical matters and obtain necessary approvals. \xc3\x98 Review the technical submittals of sub-contractors for ensuring adequacy to contract requirements. \xc3\x98 Attend meetings with Client / Consultant / Subcontractors / Suppliers on technical matters. \xc3\x98 Implement control of Drawings and Technical Documents related to the Project. \xc3\x98 Provide engineering support to resolve technical issues if any. \xc3\x98 Arrange for meetings with the design consultant to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures and construction problems. \xc3\x98 Performs other assignments associated with this position as may be appropriate and as requested by the project head. \xc3\x98 Review corrective and preventive action \xc3\x98 Other duties as directed. EHS Responsibilities \xc3\x98 Responsible for the EHS-CMP implementation in his work area \xc3\x98 Request safety induction training for new arrival employee\xe2\x80\x99s prior to commencing works. \xc3\x98 Ensure all the staff members on his work location are aware of their responsibility to report immediately any unsafe act or condition. \xc3\x98 Actively promote safety awareness to his men with the objective of continual improvement in safety related performance. \xc3\x98 Ensure personnel are selected for their ability to perform the work and exclude persons whom not physically fit enough, incompetent to undertake task. \xc3\x98 Be aware of Client\xe2\x80\x99s EHS management system requirements for compliance. Requirements: \xc3\x98 Able to join immediately \xc3\x98 With highrise tower construction experience. \xc3\x98 Educational Qualification/Degree/Major: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering Design/Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering and other related majors. \xc3\x98 Job-Specific Skills/Abilities: \xc3\x98 Good Technical and analytical skills. \xc3\x98 Cooperative and supportive. \xc3\x98 Team work and spirit required. \xc3\x98 Specific/Relevant Working Experience: at least 12Years. \xc3\x98 Others: Proficient in MS Office software, good command in the English language and communication skills, Competent team player.
