Role Description As a technical coordinator, you work with our existing and new clients and coordinate on various project processes from handling inquiries till project handing over. You may also assign duties to our technicians and ensure the roles are accomplished on time.
- Preparing quotation for sales, AMC and other rectification works by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers and other professional personnel.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive Daily report, Project documentation including technical procedures.
- Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
- Liaising with clients to understand needs
- Performing basic office tasks, such as data entry, answering phones, sorting mail, maintaining and updating filing.
- Required minimum work experience of : 2 or more years
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Basic knowledge in diesel generator power generation.
- Basic Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage.

- UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
