Job Description

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience as a Technical Coordinator in joinery, providing support to both technical and production teams. Responsible for overseeing documentation, submittals, and project tracking, ensuring seamless coordination throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Collaborate with the Estimation Team to gather all materials and finishes considered during the tender stage.

2\. Prepare shop drawings and create material submittal logs/schedules for client submissions.

3\. Coordinate with the Technical Team to ensure timely submission of shop drawings, with regular team meetings led by the Technical Manager.

4\. Collect all necessary documents, submittal templates, and forms required for the project.

5\. Prepare and submit material mood boards, corner samples, and physical samples as per project specifications or Estimation considerations.

6\. Work closely with the production team to ensure all required samples are provided, and with the procurement team for the necessary Technical Data Sheets.

7\. Create a production tracking schedule to compare the IFC drawing with the Contract BOQ. Any discrepancies identified should be reported to the Technical Manager for further action. This schedule will also be shared with the production team for their reference.

8\. Address technical clarifications or requests for information and notify the Technical Manager for additional action when needed.

9\. Ensure that all drawings and documents are properly organized and stored in the correct project folders.

10\. Regularly update the shop drawing and material submittal logs.

11\. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000\.00 - AED8,000\.00 per month
