Technical Coordinator

to join our team and contribute to the smooth execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the joinery industry, with at least 5 years of experience in the field and expertise in AutoCAD, material submittals, RFI (Request for Information), and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Coordination

: Oversee and coordinate all technical aspects of joinery projects, ensuring that project specifications, materials, and design requirements are met.

AutoCAD Drafting

: Create and modify technical drawings and joinery details using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Material Submittals

: Manage and process material submittals, ensuring timely approval and compliance with project specifications and standards.

Request for Information (RFI)

: Review and respond to RFIs from contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring that all technical queries are addressed promptly and accurately.

Project Documentation

: Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project schedules, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Collaboration

: Work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure that all technical work, drawings, and material selections meet the highest quality standards and industry regulations.

Site Support

: Provide on-site technical support as required, addressing any technical issues or discrepancies and working with the team to resolve them efficiently.

Problem-Solving

: Identify and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during the course of a project, minimizing delays and cost overruns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of

5 years

of experience in the joinery industry with a strong technical background. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

for creating and editing technical drawings related to joinery and carpentry. Strong knowledge of

material submittals

, ensuring materials are properly approved and compliant with project specifications. Experience in managing

Request for Information (RFI)

and responding to technical queries in a timely and accurate manner. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in joinery and carpentry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Familiarity with other design software and tools. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: AED50.00 - AED100.00 per week
