Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: A key responsibility of this role is managing people. which includes accountability for mentoring, developing and coaching staff on meeting/exceeding performance expectations and defined objectives, providing leadership to staff ensuring the prioritization of strategic and department level initiatives. Plans operational objectives for a team of support personnel. Provides day-to-day work direction for team, focused on maintaining steady workflow, resource allocation and productivity. Supervises team members providing tactical and / or technical supervision. Spends a portion of time performing individual tasks. Communicates with internal and external stakeholder, to launch new initiatives and follow through on execution. Promotes Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area. Develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with stakeholders. Partners with physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions Supports technical/clinical needs at hospital including but not limited to therapy adoption, patient pathways, and patient management. Provides technical expertise to sales functions and customers through presentations and product demonstrations. Delivers technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations. Travels to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile. Collects and addresses customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications. Works closely with commercial organization to recommend enhancements in sales processes, product launches, and optimize clinical support pathway. Has an extensive understanding of the competitive landscape. Involvement in internal cross functional collaborations.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree 10+ years' experience in the medical device industry and/or working in hospital environment. Previous people management experience ?Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology and arrythmias Experience with supporting electrophysiology procedures. Familiar with current products and technologies and market trends Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel.

Nice to Haves

Familiar with radiology protocols and imaging technology Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines.
