TitleTechnical Consultant - UAE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: First line of support of all Time and Attendance System (TAS) related support calls and technical issues. Full understand of Clients TAS functionalities, business rules, out of the box reports, customized reports and integrated systems and other Architecture related design. Handling Kronos Training: Onsite resource shall, provide Training users on using the system. This can be in the form of group training as well as individual guidance and hands-on training. Prepare Training material and other associated aspects of the training. Handing Client Admin related activities: Onsite resource shall handle assigned tasks of generating reports related to TAS adherence from business users for example, report for each department, and report about employees late or absents ...etc. And create letters (in Arabic) related to these generate reports using Clients Electronic Messaging System - EMS (onsite resource will be trained to use Clients EMS) The onsite resource is expected to help the Clients Operations Team to troubleshoot technical issues in the system and shall coordinate with the Kronos technical team. The onsite resources can be utilized in the area of their skill sets during working hours only taking into consideration that they will not be accountable for any SLA's for those special activities and that such activities will not hinder them from performing their original tasks and meeting the expectations. Onsite resource must adhere to Clients time and Attendance Policy
Skills:
Essential: Excellent written and oral communications in English and Arabic. Excellent Communication skills and overall people skills. Trained in Kronos Time and Attendance Related implementation and support and maintenance. At least 1 years' experience in Support Related activities including handling support calls, handling SLAs, and providing training for end users. Excellent customer relations skills Soft skills associated with effective customer communications and account management Ability to coordinate and organize multi-tasks to achieve training vision Time management skills Ability to multi-task
