Join Us! We seek a Spanish-speaking Technical Consultant to join our collaborative retail division team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for optimizing and monitoring our SaaS applications and assisting our customers in their transition to cloud services.
As a valued member of the team, you will work to deliver exceptional technical support and ensure our solutions provide maximum value to our customers.
What will you do? Incident Analysis: Analyze customer incidents on retail software, identify issues, and provide timely solutions. Case Management: Track and review open cases, collaborating internally across teams and externally with clients to ensure resolution. Database Management: Search for errors in databases (Oracle), verify data, and proactively debug databases. Application Debugging: Debug applications using Java, Javascript, C, PL/SQL, bash, and web services. Database Optimization: Optimize database queries and procedures (Oracle) for enhanced performance. Report Generation: Produce comprehensive database reports (Oracle) to support decision-making. Procedure Creation: Develop DB procedures and scheduler procedures (Oracle) to streamline operations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with international development and product teams to enhance our solutions. Customer Support: Provide top-notch technical support to our diverse customer base, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. What will you bring? Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of Oracle databases (SQL, PL/SQL). Basic knowledge of Linux (Bash). Familiarity with one or more programming languages (PL/SQL, bash, Java, Javascript) is desirable. Communication Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for this role, enabling effective communication with our global team and customers. Willingness to Learn: A proactive attitude towards learning new programming languages and technologies. Consulting Acumen: Basic understanding of technical and functional consulting, commercial activities, logistics, and retail supply chain solutions is desired (but not a requirement). Why SymphonyAI?
