Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Entering and updating technical data in database and system.
  • Maintaining accurate records of technical information.
  • Assisting technicians, and other technical staff.
  • Handling internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls and correspondence.
  • Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and client regarding technical inquiries or orders.
  • Managing inventory of technical supplies and equipment.
  • Ordering and tracking technical materials and parts.
  • Scheduling and coordinating with the team and clients.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of technical projects.
  • Generating and Compiling technical reports, summaries and presentations.
SKILLS:
  • Experience with document management systems and database.
  • Strong ability to manage and organize large volume of work.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for liaising with technical staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Ability to clearly convey technical information and instructions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Efficient scheduling and coordination.
  • Good customer service skills for interacting with clients and suppliers.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities as needed.
