Mandatory:

• Technical knowledge of at least 3 years in reputable company.
• Software knowledge: Sap - AutoCAD- Revit design
• Construction rules and regulations in Dubai
• Estimation
• Capable of preparing technical reports

Role:

Timely submittal of materials and shop drawings to the consultant and the subsequent follow up with the consultant and sub-contractors

Ensure compliance with procedures for site documentation of drawings and documents.

Ensure proper monitoring of project progress and controls co-ordinations with planning team for monitoring project progress.

Preparation and Updating materials and shop drawing logs for the monthly & weekly report.

Study of project Contract Documents to resolve any discrepancies between all trades jointly with the Consultant Engineer and Project Team.

Timely preparation of monthly payment certificate for the Client.

Timely preparation and verification of sub-contractor payment certificates

Timely preparation of requisitions for materials required at site and to coordinate with Site QS Engineer for the ordered quantities.

Preparing bill of quantities for implementation whenever required.

Preparation of claims with all substantiations as per conditions of contract.

Conduct Site Technical/Coordination meetings (Civil & MEP Works) with Sub-contractors and Suppliers to facilitate the smooth progress of works.

Preparation of Project Handing-over Documents.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Design:
• Conducting site surveys and feasibility studies.
• Developing detailed design plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Utilizing engineering software for design, analysis, and modeling.
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations (Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, etc.).
• Construction Management:
• Overseeing construction activities and quality control.
• Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Technical Analysis and Problem-Solving:
• Conducting soil investigations and geotechnical assessments.
• Analyzing structural, hydraulic, and geotechnical systems.
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Providing technical support to project teams.
• Client and Stakeholder Management:
• Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and government authorities.
• Presenting project proposals and reports.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
