Provide full secretarial support to the Drilling & Completions Manager and the Department, including managing communications, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Manage the department's filing system, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
Provide technical support by preparing graphs and reports.
Arrange meetings and conference rooms for departmental events.
Facilitate new starts by providing start-up information and assistance for new personnel, ensuring a smooth transition into the department.
