We are immediately hiring Technical Architect .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of technical architecture for high-impact projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and best practices in architecture and construction.
• Develop detailed architectural designs, drawings, and specifications using software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
• Provide expert advice on the integration of innovative building technologies and sustainable practices.
• Manage project risks and resolve technical issues during the construction phase.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and technical systems.
• Experience with sustainable and green building practices is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driving license (preferred).
