Job Description
A leading architectural design firm based in Dubai are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join their team.The ideal candidate will have experience within a design studio or consultancy setting, as they value a holistic understanding of the design process.Responsibilities:-
- Technical Expertise: Translate conceptual designs into detailed architectural plans ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
- Collaborative Design: Develop innovative solutions aligned with project goals, collaborating seamlessly with teams.
- Project Management: Own project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, coordinating stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards through thorough reviews, addressing technical challenges proactively.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a technical point of contact, presenting proposals and reports professionally, addressing client feedback.
- At least 2 years of experience working in Dubai, with a solid understanding of local regulations and construction practices.
- Experience working for a design studio or consultancy, preferably with exposure to a variety of project types and scales.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software, with the ability to produce detailed drawings and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Dubai is highly desirable.
