Job Title: 1st Line Technical Support Team

Hours of Work: 12-9
Experience: Broadband/Telecoms vital.

To ensure customers receive the highest level of service when contacting the support departments set out in our SLA.

The willingness to go the extra mile to give customer satisfaction and promotion of the brand.

The desire to continually improve your technical and customer support knowledge and ability through self-study.

Must project a positive, friendly and professional image all times.

The job will involve you supporting customers in the following areas by phone call, email and using our internal live chat service

Line Faults
Broadband Faults
Router support
Move of Addresses Queries
Billing Enquiries
General Support Queries
To assist customers with their technical support queries you will need a good knowledge of

Windows from XP through to 10desktop support
Knowledge of Mac OSX desktop support
Good knowledge of mobile devices (iOS, Android etc)
Home networking knowledge
Candidates with experience in telecoms are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
