Roles and Responsibility:
• To identify potential clients and develop business relations and to get registered the company as pre-qualified vendor.
• Track potential projects of target clients and get job inquiries to study specifications, visiting sites, preparing commercial and technical proposals with assistance of estimation department and sending to clients.
• Having commercial and technical meetings and secure the project agreements.
• Preparation of submittals with the assistance of submittal team, submission and follow up with the clients and consultant for approval.
• Internal and external coordination to deliver projects, invoicing, making follow up and collection of payments.
Minimum Qualification:
• Sales experience of projects with the Polyurea system specifically with the Manufacturer, Specialized Contractors and Traders.
• Minimum 3 Years of UAE/GCC Experience in specific field as a Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager.
• Graduate Engineer (Preferred in Civil Engineer)
