Consistently meet and surpass monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to market and client needs.Client and Consultant Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants. Secure consultant approvals and manage consultant meetings effectively. Deliver detailed and accurate product presentations and proposals.Attention to Detail and Product Expertise: Ensure high accuracy in all sales-related documents and presentations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brands, products, and industry trends. Provide clients with comprehensive product knowledge and tailored solutions.Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential new products/services. Provide regular sales forecasts and market analysis reports.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive with a strong record of achieving sales targets. In-depth knowledge of Overhead Doors, Rolling Shutters, High Speed Doors, Dock Levelers. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
