Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates will typically have 6 years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer or Partner Engineer, in a cloud computing environment or in a customer or partner-facing team such as Professional Services, Solutions Architect, or Systems Engineering.
Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Arabic to work with partners and customers in Dubai.
Preferred qualifications:
Practice building experience.
Excellent technical understanding of productivity technologies and how they can integrate with AI, A/V systems to deliver next generation user experience.
Ability to clearly articulate and present Google Workspace value to senior audiences CxOs, Line of Business, and technology stakeholders of partners and customers organizations.
Thought leadership in the area of digital workplace, future of work, AI in the workplace, smart spaces, etc.
Existing relationships with partners within a specific market.

Responsibilities
Assess and analyze partners business and technical performance to support their growth. Help develop technology vision for their solutions.
Work with partner technical teams to incorporate their existing solutions with Workspace, or develop proof-of-concepts industry or vertical solutions that allow partners to maximize Workspace advantages.
Advise on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure. Provide best practice advice to customers and partners and provide feedback from the field to Google Engineering teams.
Provide in-depth design, migration, and deployment expertise. Lead product and solution briefings and proof-of-concept work, alongside product management.
Develop close relationships with Googles Partner and Google Workspace Sales Managers to grow the relevance and impact of focused partners to the business.
